About Us
Who We Are

ReignDown USA started as a vision. A vision in which every state in our nation would come together with one purpose: To worship, pray and seek God’s forgiveness and mercy (repent).

ReignDown USA is a worship and prayer movement that began on April 26, 2008 with simultaneous worship and prayer led from the Capitol in Washington, D.C. broadcast via satellite around the world.

God is now calling ReignDown USA to churches, parks, colleges and other venues across the United States that need a fresh touch of the Holy Spirit and/or want to experience radical change. We're called to cover these places in prayer and intercession, bringing healing and restoration to the people in those communities. Every participant is invitied to help reach out to the next community, igniting the fire and uniting in Christ. Through this, we hope to bring unity to a fragmented Body of Christ by calling each individual to personal repentance and opening the doors of communication and cooperation between local churches and communities.

Scriptural Foundations

2 Chronicles 7:14 (MSG): If I ever shut off the supply of rain from the skies or order the locusts to eat the crops or send a plague on my people, and my people, my God-defined people, respond by humbling themselves, praying, seeking my presence, and turning their backs on their wicked lives, I'll be there ready for you: I'll listen from heaven, forgive their sins, and restore their land to health. From now on I'm alert day and night to the prayers offered at this place.

Mark 1:15 (NLT): "The time promised by God has come at last!" he announced. "The Kingdom of God is near! Repent of your sins and believe the Good News!"

Revelation 3:2-3 (NLT): Wake up! Strengthen what little remains, for even what is left is almost dead. I find that your actions do not meet the requirements of my God. Go back to what you heard and believed at first; hold to it firmly. Repent and turn to me again. If you don’t wake up, I will come to you suddenly, as unexpected as a thief.

What We Believe

We believe in the Triune God: God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We acknowledge one God in these three persons. (Matthew 28:19)

We believe that God the Father created the universe. He is loving, compassionate, just and kind. His deepest desire is to live in an intimate relationship with His people. (Genesis 1:1-2, 27)

We believe that, because of His desire to live in a relationship with us, God became a human being. Jesus Christ, born of a virgin, is fully God and fully man. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus made it possible for all people to live in a relationship with God. We believe that Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Through Him and Him alone can people enter into a relationship with God. (John 14:6)

We believe that God is calling His people to humbly seek His face, pray, and repent of our sins, confessing that it is not about us but it is about Him. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

We believe that the Holy Spirit is the presence of Jesus Christ among us. Through Him God loves us, empowers us and lives in us. The Spirit gives gifts to all believers. We believe in all the gifts of the Spirit. (1 Corinthians 12:4-11)

We believe that the Bible is the Word of God. Through it, God reveals Himself to us. The entire Bible is God-breathed and God-inspired. The Old and New Testaments are those upon which we base our faith. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
